That is just because there is not enough gas to push the bolt back. Not uncommon in .22s.
Hereare some other reviews of Aguila ammo. All seem to be at least decent, if not great.

i hope cabela's has another or their sales tomorrow morning.

Hit Wally World around 9:30pm and 6:30am. They have been getting 5.56, 45, 40, 357 and 38. Go early an late to buy before your LGS does.
