Already have an 80lb thrust MK. I just want to put a bracket on another boat and have all electrical done so that way I can just switch the trolling motor and batteries from boat to boat.

I Installed a Quick Release Bracket on each boat for a friend of mine.

Cost about $90 each for the bracket,but it usualy cheaper than buying the Trolling motor bracket from Minn Kota.

Bracket = $90 each x 2
Trolling Motor Connector = $30 each
Cable to the Batteries = About $4 A foot for 2 gauge. You can also uses welding cable for a welding supply house for $1.50 per foot.

For cost of doing all of this it might be cheaper to install a new / used unit on the other boat.

Wiring is just pulling it. Simple in most boats. I installed my last one and it took about 20 mins to pull the wire and hook it to the battery. Then just install a plug on the boat by where the TM will mount. I would guess if you take it somewhere they will charge you between 100 and 150 but no idea.
