I mean God damn, I'm only 6'1", out of shape, and white and I can dunk. Rivers is 6'4", has black jeans, and plays basketball for a living. Obviously he can dunk.

No one is saying that he's anything close to Wade production wise, but based on what Rivers has done, they're comparable game wise. Rivers right now: solid defense, can get to the basket (can't finish for shit), poor jump shooter. Obviously Wade is a MUCH better player, but Rivers seems like he could go from a homeless man's DWade to hopefully an upper middle class man's DWade. The big thing is that, for all of Rivers's issues, he CAN get to the basket. That's a great skill to build upon.

I would think that wearing black jeans would inhibit one's ability to dunk.

what? They are nothing alike whatsoever. Rivers plays incredibly small on the court and gets abused on mismatches. Wade is one of the best shot blocking guards of all time. Wade's long arms and jumping ability make this comparison laughable.
