Anybody here hunt on NASJRB Belle Chasse?

Just got an e-mail from my CMC saying that hunting on this facility is closed indefinitely because of trashy people trashing the place. Good job!

My brother is stationed down there and I have hunted it in the past but not recently. It's a shame this always seems to happen.

They have a hog problem on that base and those boogers need to be killed. What unit is your brother with, if I may ask?

I used to live close but never hunted it. Heard they had some good deer on there. Local taxidermist showed me some nice deer killed off of there a long time ago.

I've never seen the deer, but I've seen evidence of hogs while running along the jogging trail. They also have some nice 'gators in some of the canals on base. They need Trapper Joe and Tommy to cull them.
