Seriously, though, that controller is a disaster. I guess they are just going to stick with the same controller design forever, but add a gimmick to it with every new generation of console.

I like the PS controller design. The only issue I have with Sony's controllers is that they feel cheap. The springs in the trigger buttons and analog sticks are weak. Other than producing a better quality controller, I want Sony to keep it as is.
