Next time I go back to Monroe i will make sure i have others with me so i can go to waterfront or cotton

i don't really understand why you would have needed other people with you? Cotton is a bit more formal than laid back Waterfront, especially at lunch,, but really everything in Ouachita is kinda unformal.. Waterfront would have been perfect for table of 1 or at the bar...
