I installed this game to try it out and was bored as frick after 10 minutes.
Suppose my days of mindless point&click and hack/slash are done.
Maybe I picked the wrong class. Witch wasn't doing it for me. May try maurader
I was able to run everything on max settings with my 550ti, lol. So that was cool

I started a hardcore witch last night... I kinda like the class. Energy shields are nice.

Played my first race league last night. Tried to go too quickly and died twice before giving up.

I'm addicted. Got a lvl 52 CI witch. Ditched that and started a lightning strike Templar and got to lvl 59. Ditched that and now I have a lvl 60 lightning arrow Ranger.. very OP. Probably going to farm merci Ledge til around 68. Need a better bow before I can start doing maps.

he 1 shots me if I'm in melee and resists a lot of my spells

Merveil? You just need to go in there with cap Cold Resist. Grab some rings/amulet from a vendor for the boss fight.

I'm guessing you're getting hit by the hammer. It's designed to one-shot you. When he lifts up the leg gtfo with whirling blades or something.

yeah I changed weapons and gems, and beat him finally.
Moved onto act3. This game is so awesome.
my Shadow has evolved into some type of 2handed mace/frost mage hybrid
frick vaal totems and the ancient pyramid. I had to clear that bitch over 6 times due to dying on vaal and not throwing up a town portal beforehand. Glad I figured that out

What's your rangers build? I just hit 65 last night using nugiyen's (twitch streamer) "rengar" lightning arrow build.
Got into my first lvl 66 maps last night after I bought a decent thicket bow for the attack speed... Really noticed a difference.

I started with a split arrow/crit build but started getting bogged down so rerolled a new LA Ranger after getting to 45...No way i was farming all those regrets to restructure, but still have the other ranger for when LA gets the nerf.
I'm currently holding out for a new thicket myself, but have yet to come across a decent one and want to upgrade some armor before I drop any orbs on a good one. Currently farming till about 67 before I mash through merciless act 3 with my current gear, then I'll begin some maps.

Leap slam is pretty BA. A buddy of mine I play with has a 64 duelist leap slammer. It's not the most efficient start but end-game I think it'll be worth it

yeah I'm only using leap slam as an escape right now but once I get some good gems to link with it I'd be using it a lot more.

Leap slam is good for farming. Try to get a 4 link and throw in life on hit, melee physical and something else useful.. then it will be sick once the gems start leveling up
