Are you from Shreveport? If crawfish are done right you don't need any sauce. Besides, the damn sauce just slows you down from eating more crawfish.

I enjoy crawfish without the sauce that lots of people like, but it doesnt bother to eat some with it on there if its availbable..
eggs, potaotes, and sausage all compliment it very well, so I usually make it.
Far as shreve goes, take a look next time you head over to sammys in BR for crawdads.. lots of sauce in there.
