Yes but it's not automatic. You have to scroll the mouse wheel and select the option while next to the pump.
I am almost finished building the AI an epic base and am going to stack about 70 AI in it and some AI around it patrolling. Some people on the server asked for it last night. They all enjoy fighting the AI.
