OK.
It's pretty easy
The standard editor doesn't allow you to add full blown buildings but I just found the mods you need to do that. I will mess with that if everyone else can just add the misc stuff for bases like me and Willy are doing.
I think I am going to put some hanging bodies around our base

oh yeah and careful how much shite you put in. It can cause some bad fps drop for people with lesser cpus
