Don't these programs *find a way* for these young guys to qualify even if they are dumber than a box of rocks? I would imagine most high profile programs in fact cheat the system at least partially.

You really think Auburn HS is going to "find a way" to get a kid who ditched Auburn for Bama to qualify?
