Texas actually invaded Shreveport at one point. Which is more than the Yankees can say since NW LA was the only part of the state that didn't just roll over and suck their dick like South LA did. Shreveport was the last capital of the Confederacy and the only one that was never taken by force. When they tried it they got their asses handed to them, dropped their guns and ran back into the loving arms of South LA.
