Yeah, Exile in Guyville is considered one of the greatest albums of the 90s. It's real difficult to call Liz Phair a one-hit wonder given her massive critical acclaim for her albums (but someone else called the Butthole Surfers a one hit wonder, which made me die on the inside).
I'll go with Lem's Steal My Sunshine.

"Commercial" one hit wonder... and I love Liz Phair and Butthole Surfers. Sorry you died inside.
I can't listen to "Steal My Sunshine" or I'll have it in my head for God knows how long.
