After pondering over this move since it was announced, my initial over reaction was, well, larger than rob himself. However, after really thinking about it and talking with a close friend of mine who is a Dallas fan, I actually feel a little optimistic that we may be better off here than I initially thought. Nothing has really happened since the hire to change my mind much. I'll need to wait and see his demeanor during TC's and get a feel for the players responses. Also, we know things aren't going to go too well early most likely but how does he handle adjustments and the players and how does he get improvement fast.
