same. Once you get the level 3 DE drill it is much easier to start building up DE. It took me a couple months to get to 10k de, it has taken me 6 days to get back up to 7k.

I'm thinking about my th lvl 8 now. Just don't want to start over with all the upgrades.

exactly, I been preaching that for a while.
Seems to take much less time to acquire DE when you upgrade the drill
