its kind of the way they have to do it though, with the disparity in competition, and with so many HS players playing out of position, these early lists are all about measurables and potential. once they get through the summer camp circuit, they can redo the list based on how these kids do against other top kids, its just too tough to do until then.

Okay good. Didn't want you to think it was a personally attack on the kid BC I like him. Just when I saw him on the list I was like huh wasn't expecting that. Kinda thought he was gonna be a diamond in the rough type recruit.

I see Clifton Garrett on the list, and remember the thread about Rettig and Pocic going after him for us. I hope we extend an offer there before OSU wraps him up

So am I seeing correctly that the kid we have committed from MS is not in the top 100?? Isn't he the top player in Mississippi?

There is an OL from Jackson (Calloway HS) that will probably be rated higher than Voorhies. Voorhies is probably top 3 in MS though, and it's supposed to be a pretty loaded class for that state next year.
