I'm thinking less and less that we are going to take 3 TEs in the '14 class. But once we get some clarity on the situations of Thomas and McNeil, and also see if we bring in a walk-on TE in the fall, I will revisit my opinion on this.

Koda Martin is also being pursued, but it's unclear as to whether we want him at TE or OT. He's also a long shot to come here anyway.

We also offered a kid in that plays TE and LB, I think he's from one of the Carolinas, but not sure exactly.

I think we just need 2 with a quality walk on and I think we get that quality walk on in Clay Moffitt (who ends up our next FB IMO).

Washington is obviously in, now we're looking hard

Josh McNeil - best possibility
John Thomas - not as high on him as I think most believe
Anthony Jones - Would really have to show out to get an offer
Koda Martin - long shot IMO for more reason than 1

Whichever way we go, I think we slow play this at least through fall to see how McNeil progresses academically, how Thomas performs his 2nd season (non-existent last year) and how Jones performs as a starter at Karr.

I wonder if they'll get Moffitt's kid to walk on and let his dad get a hold of him to become a blocking TE.
