Everything remains to be seen. So far, all he's made is a significant cosmetic change. Putting Stud back on the sideline to coach the line should make a huge difference.

But our biggest problem has been coaching up quarterbacks. If you read Dandydon.com this morning I think the Brees' comments can be read a couple of different ways. Cam benched the guy for crying out loud. Cam was big in his career because he let him go to an organization and a coach that made him better. Flacco emerged after Caldwell turned him loose to make the passes and take risks. When has an LSU coach ever let a QB take a risk downfield since 2008?

I'm not saying it's a bad hire. I'm just saying it remains to be seen. Les made an excellent DC hire a few years ago.
