So you suggest making threads for every recruiting thought that pops in our head?? Isn't that what yall get paid to clean up?

Each board has their own idiots, and plenty of them. Imagine how many stickies would be needed to keep everyone in line.

The RB never causes any issues except when the rant comes over, and there all going back now that NSD is over. From what you're getting at seems like we just title it "Generic Late Night Recruiting Talk" and it's approved

The purpose of all boards, minus the OT, is to have threads on that topic. Those threads are to stay on topic. If they don't, they are anchored, deleted, locked, or all three. Simultaneously and at the same time.

IM threads are not related to the topic specific to that board, and have no specific topic. Do you see why every board doesn't have one, and why they are handled accordingly?

Because you're not seeing the point if it. Making a thread about one recruit and talking about them all = not an approved thread.
