My dad had a CC 4wd Tundra. He got 15 city and 18 or 19 going 80 on the highway

He has an Ecoboost F150 now and barely gets better than that

I drive one. You will get 15.3, if you spend ALOT of time going over 75, it will drop.

It is strong, quiet, and really comfortable to spend ALOT of time in. Best bljetooth on the market for your cell use no one knows you are on it.

Some amenities inside just plain suck. Carpet finish, backlighting on switches and knobs, and the stock radio just blows.

I find it hard to believe that you're gettin 14 mpg in the city with a 3/4 ton gas burner...

I have a double cab 2wd. I average under 15, and that is 70% interstate. But I'm typically driving 75 and above. She's thirsty, but overall a great engine. I wouldn't let a few mpg's sway your decision, trucks don't get great fuel mileage.

I've heard they stop for nothing, except a gas pump.

Yes

Check some dealers in Texas for their Internet prices and use that as a bargaining tool to buy one where you are

I just ordered a 2013 for 10k off, maybe more if the rebates change for the better before it comes in
