according to my people, les has given Cam full control of the offense, now the financials are left to be worked out. This was one of the terms of cameron coming here, that he have control of play calling etc. He's an nfl guy and isnt going to be some puppet here

Cam has the resume and the clout that Les will listen too. Plus if you look at his offenses in Baltimore, San Diego, etc. He likes to run the ball and throw deep which fits more of what Miles likes to do anyway. I don't think the offense will drastically change but if you have someone with his experience you get a little better play calling, it makes a huge difference.

Miles and Cam were together at Michigan. They have similiar background and philosophy.

I really hope this is true. At least the conversation on gameday play-calling will be between the head coach and ONE legitimate OC. Rather than having 3-4 people looking at play charts. Me likey.
