If so, how was it? Price? I understand they have developed a wild quail population there. Details are hard to come by via google, so feel free to post long. I will read. TIA

I thought they went private a couple of years ago, but I could be mistaken...

Well, was wanting to take my son on a pheasant/Chukar Hunt. Don't want a "tower" shoot. Want something as close to a wild hunt as possible. Want to watch pointers work.

I saw and talked with the owner of this place back in December at our woodcock dinner
(first time in a couple of years.) They have scaled back operations while they changing up their fields. They farm over 5k acres and are changing from field hunts to path hunts (5 miles plus) they are doing early season release and have wild birds. They have Brittneys. The website says that they have stopped the quail hunts for now, but I would call or email and see if they are running any hunts. Grounds are top notch.
