Season 1 - Awesome
Season 2 - First 3/4 of the season was meh. Last quarter was good.
Season 3 - Awesome - lots of action.

First season starts strong and quickly deteriorates into stupidity, with a terrible finale. Season 2 is just bad. Season 3 is hit and miss but entertaining - in a stupid kind of way.

It's been like that for a while, but I would still proceed with extreme caution. There are several people who read the comics who post in the illiterates thread (which is stupid, of course). Sometimes people spoil things...sometimes on purpose but mostly on accident. Most of the time, it's everyone talking about things and predicting things, and then the people who read the comics are agreeing with certain people or quoting things and commenting on them directly.

It's annoying as frick. Most of the readers who post there try not to say anything either way, but sometimes shite still slips by.
I'd recommend doing what I do...read the thread backwards. I start at the end and skim posts. If I see lots of bitching about spoilers, I skip it. If not, then I know I can read the thread normally and be okay. But rest assured, there are people who get hard-ons for ruining TWD for nonreaders of the comics.

Gotcha, I will probably just skip them if it's still happening.
I understand mistakes happen, however, frick the ones that do it on purpose.

Seriously though, skim through it starting at the end. Very easy to tell if it has happened, and you see the bitching long before anything is spoiled for you.
