I'll go ahead and list all my stuff right now because after the gallons of booze and punds of king cake and po'boys I will be consuming this weekend, it won't be an accurate read.
Weight: 178# (will double check tonight to be certain)
Strength: I currently am doing the body by fitness workout. Basically I do 5 lifts, 1 set each, extremely slow and never stop or lock out.
Row Machine: 100# each arm for roughly 85 seconds
Bench Machine: 235# for roughly 80 seconds
Chin Ups: BW for 72 seconds
Military Press: 35# each hand for 89 seconds
Leg Press: 410# for 85 seconds.
I'll double check all of this when I get home.
Waist 32"
OK. I don't own a scale but I can see if a friend has one so I can double-check my weight. I actually expect to gain muscle...
Height: 5'3"
Weight: 115(ish...can check on a friend's scale)
Strength: Deadlift 105# PR, front squat 110# PR, clean/jerk 75# PR
Pull-ups: I can kip with the medium band, dead hang with a small band
Endurance: 50 burpee time is 4:26
Waist: need to measure at home
Also - I'll cut dairy in general, but will still allow myself some cheese in my eggs.
I have my wedding in May and if I have to alter my dress again I'm going to be pissed.

What diet are you currently on?
Also, try to stick to lean meats, berries for fruit, veggies, olive oil, and healthy nuts. Almonds are best but just google search it and they will give you ideas.

The last time I weighed 115 was in college and people would tell me I was skinny. In Jan 2012 I started my eat better lifestyle at a miserable 150. By July I was down to 130. took a break from July to Dec, gained 5 pounds, started back on my healthy eating Jan 2nd. New goal is 115 aka "skinny weight"!
