I thought the same thing, but between julienned zucchini and kelp noodles it as been fine.
BTW, I thought I would hate kelp noodles, but i ended up really liking them with spaghetti sauce and italian sausage. Once they're warm, it is akin to angel hair.

I know noodles came in all shapes and forms these days, but kelp noodles is one that has escaped me. Will have to give it a whirl one day.
