I have a buddy who is watching for the first time, and just the other day I get a text that says, "Toby Ziegler is a douche-bag" I say, "Just wait till season 6/7". He responds, "That's where I am."
They took the season 2 righteousness and flipped it into some sort of crusader against his own job. Season 2 Toby would never have done what he did, IMHO.
