Look at the Ravens losses before he was fired and compare them to RR's carries.

Having not watched a lot of Ravens games this year I decided to look up Ray Rice's game log.

Ray Rice had the following carry totals in losses:

16
9
12
20.

Now, that 9 came against The Texans when they fell behind 29-3 at half time and ended up losing 43-13. Not really, a game conducive to the running attack.

Now, the 12 carry game is indefensible. He was averaging 6.5 ypc but only ran the ball 12 times in a 3 point loss. And while 16, and 20, carries may be a tad low for Ray Rice they aren't horribly low (and you have to factor in Bernard Pierce carries as well).

He avg 1 attempt/game more after Cam's firing, which was inflated with a 30 attempt 2OT game vs Denver.

AND this isn't adding his catches/targets into his touches as he catches quite a few balls.
