Wow. People really will bitch about anything.
This would an absolute home run hire.
1.) Has actually had success in the NFL
2.) Has helped develop QB's last nights Super Bowl MVP
3.) Perhaps most importantly, comes from the same system as our head coach so fits into exactly what Miles wants to do.

5.) Any change at this point can be nothing short of an improvement
I know a move like this will keep goodwill amongst those in the program and the fanbase that are worthy. There's going to be a few changes in staff to accomodate.
