quote:Every single media goob I have heard for the past 2 weeks has done nothing but go on and on about how awesome Nola was for the Super Bowl. I think most of them either never experienced it or forgot how good it was. Even Colin Cowherd.
Bottom line: no city offers a better centralized stadium location, great food and culture, and outside-the-stadium experience. New Orleans has the best tradition and history of hosting Super Bowls. It is the quintessential Super Bowl city. One blackout doesn't change that. Lulz at the idiots on here (and in the media) who thought otherwise
I even heard some suggest that the only Super Bowl sites should be Miami and Nola.
