It wouldn't be the Chelsea-Barca 2009 game because it was a highly watched match. Gambling syndicates don't want any suspicions emerging in games that they're fixing. This is why a third tier Canadian League was recently indicted and disbanded for match fixing.

Not to mention, any match fixing in favor of Barcelona wouldn't make sense, considering Chelsea had the lead until injury time and Barcelona was playing a man down. If that game was fixed, Orevbro wouldn't have wrongly sent off Abidal, thus risking Barcelona not getting the equalizing goal.

It was just a horribly refereed game.

The only wrongful thing about Abidal's sending off is that it was about 45 minutes late. He should have been sent packing for his last man tackle from behind on Drogba in the box.
