I needed an OF, noone is going to trade a harper or trout or braun for Cano straight up... the guy needed sp and 3b, and I wanted to bolster my farm team...
gyno, you keep 13 minors guys out of 15, what you see is post trade, and after my first round pick of alex meyer.
I took this team over this year and there were only 12 farm team players out of the 15 possible, so I was short one... trading for sanchez and williams got me back even after my next round pick

You're right on that. So I understand that it was going to cost you a lot to get Harper... but value wise for me, I couldn't have swung that trade. For Trout on the other hand, yes... but that's because I value that much higher. I'm not as sold on Bryce being a perennial top 12 performer... at least yet.
