And you do know that Adam Matthews and Mikael Lustig can't play at the same time and have Izzy start except in midfield, right (except for one diddy cup match where Matthews played in midfield)? Ledley and Mulgrew have also played at left back this season. And that Rami Gershon was brought in as a left back, not a center half (we already have Ambrose, Wilson, Rogne, Mulgrew, and even Wanyama), right? Why would we do that if Izzy's been amazing all season? Yes, he's started a ton, but you also have to remember that the SPL is down, allowing Lennon to experiment with a number of different formations (for example, Izzy's played in midfield four times this season in the SPL).


And don't link me stats from fricking ESPN. They're notoriously inaccurate regarding Celtic (quick look, see Marcus Fraser's stats).
