All leaders of the black community need to band together and get a hold of the black in black crime these days in every city. Jessie and Al won't go at it alone because there is no money in it for them. They want to sit around making every other issue in the world racist in some form or fashion while ignoring the biggest problem Ameirca has...... The Black Community. How many blacks are unemployed and on welfare? How many black on black violent crimes are reported each day? Every morning I turn on the NOLA morning news to see several young blacks either shot or have been arrested for another shooting. I need my guns to protect me from this threat. The second amendment gives me this right, while the leaders of this country are ignoring the problem. Everyone skates around the race card. It is past time for ALL black leaders to band together and right this ship. If this is the only thing Obama does in his second term, then I'm all for it. Lord knows he won't accomplish shite in Washington for the next four years.

Martin Luther King is rolling over in his grave looking down on the black leadership today. Jesse Jackson and AL Sharpton could care less about the advancement of their race. All they care about is exploiting them. Those two along with BHO have done more to damage the race than I can remember in my lifetime. BHO has brought the race relations in this country back 30 years.

The thing about Sharpton is that he's already making more money than he's ever made in his life. Why doesn't he take his MSNBC megaphone on the road to Chicago like he did for Trayvon Martin?

I don't see how you can blame Obama for any of this. The bigotry of Angry White Guys was already there, and any self-respecting Black man who would have been eleceted President would have caused this bigotry to surface. Furthermore, all polls show that racial attitudes are much better today than they were 30 years ago, and Obama couldn't have been elected President if they weren't.

Obama's presidency has caused the MSM to stoke the flames of racism. IE, if conservatives disagreed with Bill Clinton then Chris Matthews would call them wrong or misguided. But if conservatives disagree with Obama then Chris Matthews calls the racists.

They should institute a ban on firearms... That would do the trick

bullshite, I have never heard the word racist more in my life more than I have the last four years. If you disagree with anything these days you are a racist. BHO could have stood up for his race calling out the real elephant in the room which is the birthrate of unwed mothers in this country. Stats show 70% of black children born in this country are born to unwed mothers that is a tragedy and all he has done is promote welfare for these people instead of making a stand for family values black or white. He was suppose to be a u niter instead of profiling individual classes. He has done nothing to unite this country, there are angry black men too, it's not black and white it is get off your arse and get a job and be a positive influence in society not a drain.

Cause it's much easier to attack other races than it is to civilize his own.

Disgusting quote from that article.

To say that he set us back 30 years is an unfounded opinion but he did more harm than good with the speaking publicly before he had the facts regarding Travon and the beer party. Also, his campaigns and specifically Biden's comments regarding what the "evil R's" are gonna to black folks if they win are not the way to promote racial harmony.

Took balls to say this. Notice the news item appears on the UK Guardian website. I doubt this will get much play by the liberal MSM. The truth hurts. Pretty embarrassing for Obama.

As expected, the board disregards the black leader working on "problems in his own community" & devolves into anti-Jesse rants. And manages to throw in Al. I'm surprised we haven't had Tawawna references yet.
