Tiptoes; Gary Oldman plays Wooderson's dwarf twin brother?

Saw Tiptoes (2003) tonight for the first time. Wow, Oldman is great in this as is Peter Dinklage but it's kind of hard to watch.

Tosh did a review of it on his show a while ago. It was pretty hilarious. The movie sounds like it's pretty bad.

It's showing on the Encore Love channel and it's plying again right now. Not going to watch it again, but for anyone who hasn't seen it, I would advise watching it as far through it as you can stand.
Oldman is believable as a dwarf and Dinklage is a despicable Frenchman that doesn't get enough screen time. There are some crazy scenes and the only movies with more midgets/dwarfs are The Wizard of Oz and Under the Rainbow.
Wooderson plays the same character he plays in most of his rom-coms. Beckinsale is good to look at & Patricia Arquette is her regular slutty self (Dinklage's gf who comes off a little like Nancy Spungen from Sid & Nancy). David Alan Grier is the Beckinsale character's friend and just about everyone else is a group of dwarfs that have more serious problems than being short.

How can this movie be bad with Dinklage/Oldman? I have it on my dvr and plan on watching it.
