On black ops 2, it gives you an option to live stream to twitch or youtube
i tired both, youtube seemed to work better, opnly because it would actually show game play, where as on twitch it said i was on, but on twitches site, i was DOA.

I've only live streamed with Twitch when going straight through on BLOPS 2. However, it was always really laggy, and really far behind in terms of what I was seeing and what others were seeing. So I did some research and have found a way to stream where it is only maybe 1 second behind.
