If these are gen 3 mags and those that we ordered before are gen 2, that may be why.
Not trying to defend anyone here. Just offering a possible reason, other than general suckage.

Kept me on hold for 5 minutes then rolled me to voicemail.
I understand the difference between Gen 2 and Gen 3, and that Gen 3's will be more expensive. But if they have Gen 3's in stock, we should get first dibs at $15.

I agree. I am not placing an order for these or anything that they list on their website. I can almost guarantee you that these are already sold out anyways.

Because they will never get filled. But to millions of unsuspecting shoppers, they may buy something else that they would have not ordered before. Simple and corrupt business tactics

They credited my credit card this morning and never told me my order was canceled. They sent a note that I would only receive three instead of the 10 I ordered.

I am def happy about three more mags, I just thought for sure they would fill the other orders first before shipping these. But I guess its the whole gen2/3 thing
