The campaign was more comedy based. The multi was close to BF3 minus jets and with different maps and guns.

Yeah, the only thing that was different about BC was the older game engine. SP - who cares?

I guess the thing I don't get about Bad Company is that it's essentially the same game. Rush and Conquest on a big scale. That's exactly the same kind of game Bad Company 2 was...pretty equal to BF3, except that BF3 really took customization and weapon selection to the next level (pretty much the best in any game).
Poor MoH...they really had a good thing but fumbled it big time. I heard that Greg Goodrich dude was relieved of his duty before or right at launch...

I remember reading about how EA was surprised at the reaction to Warfighter because it tested so well internally. They had no idea.

I remember reading that, too. They even had a beta and for the most part, the beta was nice enough. I think what hurt the game was that the graphics were roughish (after the patch, it seems to have gotten better looking), the menus (what were they thinking) and the unlocks not being intuitive.
The game is a challenge, and like I said before, the guns really do feel great.

Yeah, I do remember that about the campaign. I always forgot the FPS games also have a campaign. 
I need to finish blops 2 and bf3. Just because. Feel like I wasted money if I don't.

BC2 was a better upgrade from BC and was just fun as hell. I know i keep wearing it out but BC2 maps were 1,000x better than BF3 imo.

I know right? If you ran into a vehicle in BC2 you were toast, they were stupid OP. Especially the attack helicopters, fly around and destroy everything and then settle out of bounds to repair.

Oh yeah. Ot had a great variety of maps. From daytime/night snow, Jungle, desert like maps.

I didn't like the weapons either. I do remember liking the maps. They always pump out some legit maps.
