You think it's a good idea to play a 19 year old that is still growing into his body, 40 minutes a game? The kid just surpassed his college game mark and 2 years ago was in high school.
Why not let him get his NBA legs before throwing him in for 40+ 82 games, against grown arse men.

So per minutes played, he is shooting more FTs? So you mean he is improving. Incremental or not, he is 20, and learning better D, picking up contact, getting to the line, getting to the hole.

Alright dude, he's getting to the line marginally more than before but still not making any more free throws. You are right, that is great improvement.
