I think tensas and Madison near the top . East Carroll is no slouch either . Richland is good in spots but not as a whole

Madison, Union, St. Landry, Concordia, and Richland all have 2

Richland is improving with all the WRP/CRP land over in East side coming into age. Also, a parish that is about to be churning out some hammers is West Carrol. Most of that gar arse farm land over there has been in WRP for 10+ years. Plus they barely have a rifle season so that has been keeping the Grovites off the baby deer. I wouldn't be surprised to see some record book deer come out WC parish in the next few years.

I was thinking the same thing about west Carroll . I have seen trail cam pictures of some dang good deer from up there . Did they extend the rifle season up there this year ? I had heard that they might but never knew for sure

This influx of obers in Richland parish could be devastating to the deer population

I asked the little black dude in there the other day and he said the same thing .
