The Lakers should have to give that back Still, that's the kind of deal I'd look for, someone desperate to move an expiring contract for a 1st. This team still needs to add to the talent base. Dleaguers should be inactive practice players, not regular rotation players. Rent cap space for a year and then use your cap space in 2014 for a long term piece FA after you've raised the profile of the team with a competitive year.

That pick has been passed around like Lamar's in-laws.
It went from Dallas to LA (Odom) to Houston (Jordan Hill) to OKC (Harden).
