@ Weaver Do you know his sister name thaf runs track? I go know a lot of the runners in houston. I know lsu pulled a offer from one female houston runner recently maybe they are leaving that slot open for his sister.

@ Cousin dnt think the other runner was offered a full scholarship though...found out at the Carl Lewis invitational and I saw Beloved at the meet she wasn't running was there cheering for her brother.

Show the kid some respect, including his family. Do not think those kids or their families don't read the sports board from time-to-time. Since he is a native of the state of Louisiana...he is not a refugee.
LSU will find out this summer where they truly stand with him in camp. He has been there enough times but with Texas A&M coming on strong in conference play last year...do not discount Texas A&M Coach making it harder on LSU to recruit their territory. The Tigers need to "Restore Order" in Texas again since they got shutout. Technically, they did get the big DL from Texas, although he spent his senior season in Nebraska.

@ Cousins made a mistake just was told Rushell offer wasnt pulled completely and tony sister is suppose to sign with texas st. With 4 other recruits on the 6th. But that might change because she is now considering A&m and LSU.

I think they offering full ride. My niece is a elite runner an she not getting a full ride. She down to ksu and arkansas she runs in texas and has ran with these girls since junior high. So thats the only reason I see why she will commit to Texas st. Is for full ride scholarship.

With limited scholarships, it's tough to give a full ride to one person.
A school like Texas St will take a chance to get one premier runner, while schools trying to compete for national championships need to spread the money out to build an entire team.
