Don't get me wrong he is likely a piece of shite for trespassing, but I have done it before when I didn't know where I was. I knew I was on someone else's property when a camera took a picture of me. I left a message with my phone number explaining my mistake.

You're right. I mistakenly called him a poacher. The only thing I know for sure is that he was trespassing. We tracked him around and he knew he was wrong and passed a few opportunities to exit the property.
