Nah, even if you could prove it the NCAA would retroactively declare it an OK substance. Ya know, to preserve the Mulligan the media fought so hard for.

LSU Womens track team had one member of the team that used a banned substance and had to give up their title according to the NCAA.
If it can be proven that Bama players did use a banned substance, then the NCAA should be consistent in their rulings
