These people complaining probably go to movies on weekend nights at 8 on one of the first weekends of a movie opening. There are numerous ways around that. Weeknights pretty much kill all of the annoying shite. Waiting a while to see a movie does as well. Going to afternoon showings works. These are all obvious but I feel like people still don't do it.
This. When I'm in BR. I hit the Grand Cinema up on Monday or Tuesday for a 4pm showing. Either I am by myself or with an older couple. In Vegas it is easy to catch a movie by yourself, since they have so many theaters and times.
I never go to a new movie just out on the weekend.
Edit: Backfired once at Grand Cinema, went and saw Ted on Tuesday afternoon and couple brought their infant kid.
