This episode highlights why I laugh every time someone bashes New Orleans cuisine for being one dimensional and lacking variety. A world-class, wealthy chef of nationally renowned places drives across the river to go eat and highlight a pho restaurant.

I was coming to this thread to ask what the name of that place is. I watched the show but don't remember the name of the restaurant and I'd like to try it.
