I usually season it well, marinade in a soy/ teriyaki sauce for an hour or so, then sear on a hot open flame for a couple of minutes each side.
I don't eat it, just the wife does. She requests it once every other month or so when I pick up a steak to cook. She says it is real good this way, but I can't vouch for it.
