Smith has gotten better each year. Marco got a good job after he was made expendable (in theory). Aminu has improved. Thomas has improved, but he just does not fit well. Vasquez is obvious. Rivers' defense is better, and we'll see what some cornbread does for his size.

How much of this is Monty compared to just players getting better in time and on their own, I don't know.

Henry has done nothing.

Any other duds?

He's not a miracle worker, but he seems to be at least average in this dept. I'd say better, but it'd be hard to argue worse is my point.
