What is you favorite day for TV?

I'm sure this has been covered a million times already, but last night got me thinking.
I missed 3 shows because I was busy watching some other show that I love. (I know, "get a DVR"). I missed Archer, 30 Rock, and The Office because I was watching other shows.
Does it seem to you that Thursday night has become the day to showcase your best shows? If so, why is that?

Thursdays and Sundays are the only days I watch tv, other than sports.
