If 2013 goes anything like 2012, Lane Kiffin will be history and yes, LSU's chances would be great if it comes down to these two schools.

Just hope we don't see a repeat of the Willis & Goodman situations and distance isn't such a factor. Maybe the third time going for a West Coast DB will be the charm for the Tigers. It also looks like he's actually higher rated than either of them.

Not at all...but the way you put "-Rant" hinted that you are very familiar with what goes on in that board.

Why are we wasting time on a 5* corner from Cali who has USC listed in his top 2? Seriously, it's probably flattering for him as a DB to get an offer from LSU but the odds of this kid moving to La instead of LA is slim.

I'd rather the staff find the under the radar players we're used to seeing than these 5 star players from OOS especially from the west coast.

And I feel the complete opposite. I think our chances are likely better if Kiffen stays at USC. And I am not someone who has ever ragged on Kiffen before. But I acknowledge that at a program like USC, it they were to replace Kiffen, there's a good chance that it will be someone highly respected and nationally known.

Hopefully the next coach at USC doesn't put up much of a fight for him.

His speed and ball skills are awesome. I also appreciated that he doesn't seem to mind making the big hit when needed.
