With any luck, the process will take long enough to ensure at least one generation semi-scholars before people intent on destroying progress stick their grubby little hands in the pie.

ETA: I do think that Coursey is right about needing to look at the feasibility of the ISD model in Louisiana. It's already starting in some places (I think that's how Zachary and Central work).
